Congrats to all the runners and walkers for all the effort on Saturday. You deserve a big round of applause....and possibly a day or two of rest :)

Thank you Mandy and Matt for all the work you put into making the River Bank Run a success for all of us.I especially want to thank Mandy for all the encouragement you gave me to stick with it. Running,as you know was difficult at times for me but, you kept me accountable and I always knew you were in my corner. Thank you for sending the helpful information and websites for us to use. The t-shirts were a great way to bring us all together.
This is only the start. I am ready to do the Buck Creek, I think.
